Do you offer a discount for staying in your hotel for long periods?
If you'd like to choose your own room or stay for a longer period, it is best to book directly with us. We do offer cheaper nightly rates the longer you stay and free stays for your furry friend.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation when you have made your booking online. You can always contact the team at the Mary Mount directly if you are at all uncertain.
What happens if I want to cancel my room reservation?
Please contact the team at the Mary Mount directly should you need to cancel your reservation. We will of course always look to support your needs.
Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
You may make a reservation request by calling us on 01768 777 223 or emailing us at [email protected]. Upon confirmation of the booking we normally ask for a deposit over the phone with a credit or debit card or, if you would prefer, a cheque in the post. Please do not send card details via email. Alternatively, you may also make a booking online here. We look forward to hearing from you.
What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
Check in at the hotel is normally at 3pm. Should you need to check in earlier, please contact the team at the Mary Mount to make special arrangements. We ask all customers to check out by 11am.
