At Mary Mount, we have long enjoyed a reputation for the quality of our restaurant. Our fully licensed restaurant has excellent views with an Á la Carte menu and regional wine list. Bookings are essential.

It would be hard to find a more relaxing place to dine than in our spacious dining room, which can seat up to fifty people. From our dining room you can enjoy the spectacular views across Derwentwater to the fells beyond through our large picture windows.

Offering tempting Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus, as well as an extensive Wine Cellar, there is plenty of choice for all tastes and diets.

Before and after your meal, relax in the cosy oak-panelled bar, with an open fire in winter months. Enjoy our well stocked licensed bar or residents' lounge.

Our breakfasts, taken in the dining room where the views will tempt you out into Borrowdale's beauty, are just the thing to set you up for your day's exploration.

Choose your starter from a range of cereals or fruits from our breakfast bar (porridge available too) and then make your choice from our full English breakfast range, with as much tea, coffee and toast as you can drink and eat.

We can also supply quality packed lunches and fill your own flasks for you.
